What is the return policy on Jaipurbedsheet?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section within 24 Hours of delivery to request replacement. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be replaced.

How are returns processed?

Please Note: Reverse pick-up is not available as of now. In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it.Only Exchanges in damage Condition. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
